How long before "out of stock" items are available?

When an item is “out of stock,” we will try to re-stock that item as soon as possible. However, it is possible that items out of stock may not become available If you are interested nine an item that is out-of stock please e-mail us along with the item’s name, description, color, and size. When your requested item becomes available, you will be alerted by e-mail.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States.

What are your shipping options within the U.S.?

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $5.00 within the U.S.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the U.S.

How do I track my order?

Once we have received your order and it has been processed you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you have not received an email with the tracking number then your order has not been shipped yet.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After you have placed your order with us you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed.

Can I change an order I just placed?

We process orders very quickly right after it is placed. However, please email us right away at info@gomademoiselle.com and we will try our best to change it.

How do I return my items?

Please read our return policy before returning your order (NOTE ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BRALLETES, UNDERGARMETS, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. To initiate a return please refer to our store policy for instructions. It is recommended to send the items back with a tracking number as we are not liable for lost packages that is being returned to us.

How long does it take to process my returned items?

Please allow 10-15 business days for us to receive your return. Am email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. If you do not receive an email notification within 15 days of us receiving the package please contact customer service info@gomademoiselle.com.
