Shipping and Handling Policy
We ship in the U.S only. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. The selection of shipping options is available to you upon checkout. – Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
We currently use USPS for shipping. Orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship, depending on location. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any questions regarding your order can be answered by e-mailing us at email@example.com.

Regular Priced Items purchased will gladly be returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged, smell of perfume, or deodorant. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment, excluding shipping and handling costs. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BRALLETES, UNDERGARMETS, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To make a return please print and fill out the form below and send it with your returned merchandise.
Due to items being sold out quickly we do not offer the option of doing an exchange. There is a possibility that the item you chose to be sold out by the time we receive and process your exchange. Therefore, we recommend you place a new order if you will be returning your original item. You may simply return your package by following the return procedure, and once we receive your return we will issue you a refund.
Refund for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a refund in the original form of payment.
Return by Mail Instructions
❖ Please include the invoice that was mailed to you when you placed your order in your package with the item(s) being returned. In case you have lost the invoice you will be able to print it from your account. As a back up an invoice is also emailed to you when you place an order. Please make sure the invoice is included when you return an item so we know who to issue the refund to.
❖ Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Mail your package to GO | MAdeMOISELLE 13636 Ventura Blvd, Unit 467 Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.
❖ All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. GO Mademoiselle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
